D) Trainings (UAE security requirements)

  • Trainings, which requires approximately Ten (10) classroom hours, is designed to familiarize new guards with virtually situations they are likely to encounter on any post assignment. During training, guard-trainees are given instruction by lecture, slide presentations and study materials and then tested in examinations that determine how they would react to stipulated circumstances based upon what they have learned.
  • All security guards are selected keeping in mind Federal Security Legislation requirements.
  • The selection is made in regards of the ability of the candidate to pass the NSI (National Security Institute) security guard training and obtaining the PSBD security license.
  • Also all candidates selected education certificate are attested before arriving in the country.
